Cancellations Appointments canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the full standard service price. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the full standard service price. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your reserved appointment time. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may result in a charge of up to 100% of the full standard service price. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future booking privileges. Rescheduling Appointments rescheduled within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the original deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure the new appointment. Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours will be treated as a late cancellation and may be charged up to 100% of the full standard service price. Late Arrival Policy Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service adjusted to avoid disruption of the schedule. The full service fee will still apply. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may be required to reschedule and will be subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
