Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice:
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
Cancellations:
If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of the appointment, the client may be charged a fee, up to 100% of the service cost.
No-Show Policy:
If a client does not show up for their appointment, they may be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Rescheduling:
Clients may be allowed to reschedule depending on availability, but may still be subject to cancellation fee if the notice is too late.
